Itinerary
Day 1: Zihuatanejo – Patzcuaro – Copper town – Morelia
Stop At: Patzcuaro, Patzcuaro, Central Mexico and Gulf Coast
Pátzcuaro is a large town and municipality located in the state of Michoacán. The town was founded sometime in the 1320s, at first becoming the capital of the Tarascan state and later its ceremonial center.
In Pátzcuaro we will visit the 11 patios exconvent, also the basilica of Patzcuaro.

Stop At: Santa Clara del Cobre, Patzcuaro 61800 Mexico
Santa Clara del Cobre is a Magical town and municipality located in the center of the state of Michoacán, Mexico, 18 km from Pátzcuaro and 79 km from the state capital of Morelia.
In Santa Clara del cobre we will visit the copper gallery, the copper museum and the copper factory.

Stop At: Morelia, Morelia, Central Mexico and Gulf Coast
Morelia is a city and municipal seat of the municipality of Morelia in the north-central part of the state of Michoacán in central Mexico.
In Morelia will visit Candy Museum, Morelia Cathedral, ex convent where you can see many beautiful handcrafted items from the state of Michoacán.

Day 2: Agangueo – Monarch Butterflies Sanctuary – Morelia
Stop At: 61414 Angangueo, Mich., Mexico
Angangueo is a municipality located in far eastern Michoacán state in central Mexico noted for its history of mining and its location in the Monarch Butterfly Biosphere Reserve.
We will visit he Monarch Butterflies Sanctuary.

Stop At: Santuario de la Mariposa Monarca, Mexico
Mariposa Monarca Biosphere Reserve is located in the eastern part of the state of Michoacán on the western border of the state of Mexico; it covers the municipalities of Temascalcingo, San Felipe del Progreso, Donato Guerra and Villa de Allende in the state of Mexico, and Contepec, Senguío, Angangueo, Ocampo, Zitácuaro.
In this place we will observe how majestic the Monarch Butterflies are, we will live the experience of this incredible momento.

Cathedral of Morelia is a Baroque-style, Roman Catholic cathedral located in the center of the city of Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico. It is the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Morelia.
