Stop At: Libertad, Tijuana, B.C., Mexico
Our first stop will be to eat a quesabirria for breakfast so we can grab energy for the rest of the day. (Mexican coca-cola or Agua Fresca is also included). our tour guide will explain the origins of this typical mexican dish.

Stop At: El Popo Market, C, Ninos Heroes y o Av. B 723-C, Tijuana Mexico
At mercado el Popo our tour guide will explain the origins and history of this downtown market while you taste peanuts, gummy bears, local sweet and spicy treats. (here you can buy candies, cheese, kitchen utensils, spices and more.)

Also known as Plaza Santa Cecilia, here we will shrotly explain about the history of the plaza and why this street has two names, you will listen to live music by a Mariachi or Norteño music group. take a picture with the “Tijuana Arch”… great place for souvenir shooping.

At this point we are sure you are going to be thirsty, at this brewery you get to taste 4 of the 22 different beers that they brew. (If you don’t drink alcoholic beverages, we have you covered with a lemonade or soft drink). the group will learn about the micro brewery boom in Tijuana and a quick explanation about the beers you will taste.

Since 1952, la especial steam taco shop has been serving Beef, beans or pork rind tacos. here we will do a quick stop enjoy these traditional tacos, they no longer cost $.10 usd but still worth every peso.

Ready to smile..? we are going to get the traditional zonkie picture…!
This is a true Tijuana tradition, oldest picture is dated since 1914 and many families take their picture generation after generation.
Each family or group is entitled to have their own picture taken.

We will visit Margaritas village terrace for a refreshing lemon, tamarind or strawberry Margarita (non alcoholic piña colada is also an option).
Sip away, listen to music and relax on their terrace overseing Revolution avenue.
Our guide will talk about the history of the Margarita.

Unique, original and fresh designs can be seen on souvenirs with the 664 tijuana area code. this will be a quick stop for those interested on buying a keychane or tshirt. (we dont get comision so there is no obligation to buy LOL).

lucha libre is a very important part of the mexican culture… we are happy to have a museum in our city and share it with the world.
Here you will see all of the masks that “luchadores” use and other memorabilia like Championship belts, toys, pictures and much more interesting items. our guide will explain everything you must know about Lucha libre. (this is only available Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

Do you like Caesar’s Salad..? how about having it made at your table where the salad was invented decades ago, and when we say made we mean “MADE”. they will bring all the ingredients and make your salad dressing tableside and serve it. they will also shortly explain the history and origins of the world famous salad.

After a long day of walking in downtown Tijuana, we will take a 30 minute drive accross Paseo de los heroes where your tour guide will talk about the statues at the roundabouts and other interesting historic facts of the city.
