Learn about authentic Poblano-style homecooking from a mother and her daughters.Â Elsa, Marcela and Andrea will warmly greet you at their centrally located home in the archeological area of Cholula, about 15 minutes from Puebla. As a family, they have a passion for good food and entertaining and in no time you'll be sharing stories about travel, food and family over an authentic homecooked meal. Join them in their kitchen and learn to prepare authentic Mexican meal. They cook Puebla-style dishes that feature seasonal, local produce. They have a greenhouse where they grow organic strawberries, lettuce, tomatoes, herbs, peppers and chilies which might be used in your meal.Â This is a unique opportunity to visit a local home and get to know a family in their home kitchen. They live very centrally in Cholula, right near the main tourist area in town.
