What to Expect When Visiting San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, Mexico
More than a “cooking class”, we like that diners live a gastronomic experience as if they were cooking visiting in the backyard of a dear friend; We seek to involve them in all the processes so that they will have fond memories of their visit.
We will participate in the process of starting the mesquite charcoal grill to cook 2 of our emblematic casserole casseroles, “La Soberbia” (Portobello mushrooms) and “La Lujuria” (chicken); We will also learn to use a traditional molcajete to make sauce with roasted tomatoes, we will also make corn tortillas in a traditional way (by hand) and we will end up baking a delicious Cornbread. The experience includes drinks (water, wine, beer) and at the end we sit down to enjoy the food we prepare.
