First you will taste one of the best Tamales of town which are right there sat the entrance of the market; after your first treat you will visit the inside of the market to learn about the Mexican produces and the basics of the Mexican food and traditional recipes., which the guide will explain to you, your guide will also tell you about the Tortillas and you will taste fresh made from the factory in the market.
After the market you will start walking down the streets and local neighborhoods of Downtown San Jose and you will taste different Mexican tacos and foods in local eateries, street tacos carts with “el sabor del Barrio” and at the same time you will learn about the traditions behind the Mexican recipes but also about the urban life, culture, history and folklore.
