Puerto Escondido Trip Overview
The Juquila Faith Route is a cultural trip where you will learn about the customs and religious faith that is lived in the town of Santa Catarina Juquila, in Oaxaca. During this tour we will visit the Miraculous Sanctuary of the Virgin of Juquila, where hundreds of devotees arrive to express their fervor. No tour can be complete without trying the local cuisine, so there will be time to taste some food. Later we will visit the Pedimento, a place where believers will make their requests and translate them into figures made mainly with clay and other materials that are at hand. Once this religious visit is over, and with a beautiful experience, we will depart back to our respective hotels.
