An experienced Mezcal CONVITE taster will share with you the secrets behind good mezcal, and will accompany you in this multisensory tasting through the aromas and taste that will remain in your mouth after tasting each of the agave varieties that the Mezcal CONVITE family: cultivated, wild and assemblages. All of them come out of our palenque in San Baltazar Guelavila, which is located between the Zapotec mountains at 1900 meters above sea level.
The experience lasts 45 minutes and as part of it we will tell you about the origins and differences that exist in each type of mezcal.
