He welcomes us into his home in Teotitlán del Valle with open arms to share his family processes with us in a totally practical cooking class.
We go to the traditional town market to enjoy the experience of visiting it, learning how to choose and acquire organic, fresh and ideal ingredients to prepare food.
At home, the class consists of preparing and tasting your food, for that reason and thanks to our menu we will know, learn and put into practice the traditional processes and techniques of chocolate making, the preparation of mole, a homemade sauce and making tortillas.
The food they do not consume is delivered so they can use it at another time.
