We will be guided through each stage of production, beginning with sourcing the timber & pigments from nature, to the intricate painting of the finished sculpture. Lunch is a delight, with a magnificent spread of local cuisine on offer and cooked to perfection. After which we proceed to the distillery of one of Oaxaca’s pioneering producers of Mezcal. Not only does it stand out for the quality of liquor that is produced, the whole production is based around an organic and sustainable production method.

Mezcal Distillery : we proceed to the distillery of one of Oaxaca’s pioneering producers of Mezcal. Not only does it stand out for the quality of liquor that is produced, the whole production is based around an organic and sustainable production method.
