What to Expect When Visiting Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, Mexico
This experience will take you to know the real Mexico, where we live, what we eat, we will take you to our community, it will be something totally out of the tourist, you are welcome to feel one of us.
I will take you to know the towns of Bahía de Banderas, outside the tourist area.
We will start in the town where I currently live San Vicente, a very picturesque small Mexican town, where you will meet some of the snacks that Mexicans eat the most, corn in a glass, churros, etc. And a delicious “gorditas” entry.
We will continue our tour in San Jose where we will find local food with delicious tacos, you can try pozole or enchiladas and finish with a delicious rasp of natural fruits.
In both towns we will be consuming local products, made by Mexican families. Unique recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation.
We will visit the monument to “Los Indios” a great sculpture with three indigenous people showing the main activities of the valley, during the tour you will be able to take fabulous photographs and I will tell you the history of the Bay.

Sample Menu
• Corn with cream and cheese
• Chubby – Small fried corn tortillas, accompanied by chicken or pork, with lettuce, tomato, onion, grated cheese and sauce.
• pozole – Delicious corn and pork meat soup, seasoned with some species of chili (not spicy) and accompanied by vegetables.
• Tacos – We have different places to try different tacos, choose which one you prefer and we will try.
• Scraped off – Tasty ice dessert with natural fruit syrup, I assure you that you will want to try them all.
• Churros – Fried wheat flour dessert with cinnamon and sugar that will make you fall in love with Mexico.
