Stop At: 20-minute drive from Valladolid on highway 295, direction Tizimin, Ek Balam Village Mexico
After the pick up from Merida we’ll drive to the archaeological site of Ek Balam and it’s majestic buildings hidden among large trees, a site unlike any other in the Mayan area and we’ll enjoy a private guided visit to learn about this interesting place.

Stop At: Ek Balam Village, Ek Balam Village, Yucatan Peninsula
We’ll stop at the village of Ek Balam, 2 kilometers away from the archaeological site where we have the opportunity to see the locals in some of their daily activities and learn about the ways of life and different projects of the modern Mayan people.
Duration: 40 minutes
Stop At: Cenote SAC-AUA, Valladolid Mexico
After our visit at Ek Balam we’ll drive to the cenote Sacaua, a semi open cenote surrounded by vegetation where we can refresh in the clear water and take pictures in this natural beauty.

Stop At: Valladolid, Valladolid, Yucatan Peninsula
To finish our expedition we visit the colorful colonial city of Valladolid where we will visit the the local market to sample some of the main products like different spices, honey and chocolate. We’ll take a city tour at the City center and traditional lunch.
