Stop At: Playa La Bocana, Huatulco 70989 Mexico

La Bocana beach where we can meet and admire this beautiful open sea beach which nature makes its own and joins the Copalita river with the imposing open sea, here we will enjoy the experience of the mud bath applied by the natives. Mud baths have effects such as cell renewal, hormone balance, regulation of blood circulation as well as strengthening of immunity. Mud baths are also supplementary treatments to alleviate muscle and bone problems caused by excessive effort, rheumatic diseases, overcome fatigue and stress; The mud bath will be applied by women of Zapotec origin and will be smeared on the body and face to let it dry exposed to the sun for approximately 15 minutes until the mud is completely dry and later remove it by putting ourselves into the sea.
