The Zócalo de Puebla is located in the heart of the Historic Center since the founding of the city in 1531. Originally known as the “Plaza de Armas” it was also a meeting point for various cultural, political and religious manifestations of the time. Delimited with four axes that serve to divide the city into the four cardinal points that today by design offers a perfect trace of the Historic Center and the City. It is currently a meeting point for tourists, artisans and cultural activities of various kinds, it is certainly emblematic and one of the most beautiful in the country.

The Cathedral is one of the most emblematic architectural symbols of Puebla. Dedicated to Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception and current archdiocese of the city, it was built between 1539 and 1690. Famous for its bells raised by angels according to the legend and currently considered as one of the most important Novohispano art museums in the world for the treasures it houses.
