El Ex Convento de San Gabriel es uno de los más antiguos de México construido sobre lo que fue el Templo de Quetzalcóatl. Incluso, las piedras utilizadas para su construcción fueron del mismo templo indígena. En su interior admirarás varios frescos que datan de 1533. Junto podrás visitar la Capilla Real con sus 49 cúpulas, construida para evangelizar a los indígenas.
