Guadalajara Trip Overview
We will know step by step and in a few moments by Bus the Historic Center of Guadalajara from a gastronomic, cultural and historical perspective. Starting with a typical breakfast of the region, we will continue towards the Pitayas park (April and May season) where we will be able to taste a carafe snow with different flavors even outside the pitaya season; to reach our next points such as the Barrio de Mexicalzingo, the two temples and the other points of the route.
Just at noon we will taste a snack that we only find in the area. Our next destination is the Cabañas Cultural Institute and the Libertad Market in which, in addition to enjoying its beautiful colors, we will taste one of the many regional dishes.
Already rested and satisfied, we will continue visiting the points of the itinerary until we reach the El Santuario neighborhood.
As a last point we will arrive at the “Los Famosos Equipales” canteen.

We will have breakfast in this beautiful old quarter of the city in one of its divine restaurants, the famous traditional birria, and we will see other typical options of the place. A typical breakfast of the region included in the cost either with a plate of Birria with its perfect seasoning or one of the many variants that the birrría has, such as “golden or soft” tacos, quesadillas with meat or the “lunches”.

We will pass through the Pitayas park (season of the second half of April, it will last until the second of June) and the famous Ladies Bridge to hear the story of the legends that surround one of the oldest neighborhoods of the city . We will walk through this wide esplanade listening to the history and stories of its monuments

We will visit this divine enclosure and listen to the legends, stories, history and also details about the structure that characterize it (the entrance to the enclosure depends if there is no event at the time of the visit)

Just at noon as Snack we will taste a snack that we only find in the area, the “Chicharrones de flour con Salsa Mexicana” and then we will enter the large enclosure to appreciate the murals of the extraordinary painter José Clemente Orozco, learn about the stories and stories of the place.
