Stop At: Zona Arqueologica Teotihuacan, Ecatepec Piramides km.22 + 600, San Juan Teotihuacan 55800 Mexico
Begin with pickup from your Mexico City hotel at 8am. Board the private vehicle and begin the 1.5-hour drive to Teotihuacan, also called “City of the Gods.” Your guide will take you around Teotihuacan, which contains some of the most important ruins from Mesoamerica. You will be amazed with the beautiful buildings and the mysteries of the Pyramids. Take a walk on the ‘Avenue of the Dead’ and the buildings that surround it. This avenue is the backbone that connects the Pyramid of the Moon, Pyramid of the Sun and other buildings. Climb up 210 feet (64 meters) to the Pyramid of the Sun, the tallest pyramid in Mexico and enjoy the panoramic views. According to the legends of the city, you can make a wish at the top!

Then, travel to the ancient capital of the Toltec Empire — Tula, where you will be amazed by the big stone sculptures of Toltec warriors called “Atlantes.” These statues sit atop of the Temple of Tlahuizcalpantecutli, also known as “Temple of Morning Star.” With your guide, explore other parts of the ancient capital like the “Burned Palace” and the ruins of a court used for a ball game.
