Once you visit Real del Monte you can not leave without tasting the paste (from the Cornish “pasti” and in English “pasty”) is a food of British origin introduced to the cuisine of Hidalgo.

We continue to Pachuca, the capital of Hidalgo and known as “La Bella Airosa”, so called since during June to October the winds reach 75 km per hour. On our way we will find the imposing Neoclassical style Monumental Clock
