**IMPORTANT:** If you book incorrectly, you must pay the difference for the correct destination or rebook the right service.

Our service is 100% private, so you won’t have to share the vehicle with anyone else.
If your hotel or Airbnb isn’t listed, don’t worry! You can specify your destination when making your reservation, and we’ll ensure you get there without any issues.
Our private transfers are safe for solo travelers, couples, and groups of up to 8 passengers.

Communication: We recommend downloading WhatsApp or ensuring you have active mobile data for seamless communication.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ⚠️
This service is designed for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights (maximum of 2), please send us the flight numbers in advance so we can organize the itinerary and meeting point at no extra cost.

Failure to notify us in advance will incur an additional fee of $15 USD at the airport for waiting time or terminal changes. Service is subject to availability.

Please inform us of any flight changes to ensure a smooth service.

ADDITIONAL STOPS
Let us know in advance if you require a stop at a supermarket or another location.

We allow one stop of up to 15 minutes at no extra charge. After that, an additional fee of $25 per hour will apply. This service must be requested in advance via email or phone and is subject to availability.

TOLERANCE TIME FOR DEPARTURES ⏳

We allow a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes for departures or transfers. After this time, it will be considered a “NO SHOW.”

IMPORTANT
Our pricing is per vehicle, not per person. If your group has different departure times, we cannot send multiple cars at the same cost.

Ensure you select the correct destination and service before booking. Otherwise, additional charges will apply.
