– This service is for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights (maximum 2), please inform us of the flight numbers in advance so we can organize the itinerary and meeting point without additional cost.
– If you do not inform us in advance, an extra USD 15 will be charged at the airport for waiting time or terminal change.
– The service will be subject to availability.
– Please notify us of any flight changes so we can provide the service without inconvenience.
ADDITIONAL STOPS

– We allow a stop of up to 15 minutes without additional cost. After that, USD 25 per additional hour will be charged.

TOLERANCE TIME FOR DEPARTURES AND TRANSFERS
– We allow a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes for departures or transfers. After that time, it will be considered a “NO SHOW”.
