- Flowrider: you should be at least 1.00m (3.2ft) tall for bodyboarding and 1.20m (4ft) tall for flowboarding. Maximum weight:115kg (253 lbs.)
- Aquatic activities are not permitted if you have ear problems, asthma, epilepsy; if you have had surgery recently, during pregnancy or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Please wear comfortable clothes, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses. For the Flowrider bring a bathing suit without zips or hard parts, towel and please take off all your jewelry.

Upon arrival at the official stop of your choice, customers must present directly to the bus driver a digital or printed reservation voucher and an official photo ID in exchange for their tickets. The bus driver will give you a bracelet and a ticket with a QR code for both activities. To go to your Aquaworld activity you must check in first with the bus driver. Present your bracelet/ticket every time you get on the bus.

IMPORTANT: The last lap of the circuit begins at 6 pm and ends at 8 pm at the Bus Station. If you start your ride during the last lap of the day, you will end your ride at the Bus Station. Please ask your bus driver for more information so you do not end your ride far from your final destination.
