Arrival Transfer: We will be monitoring your flight status on the day of your arrival. We will be adjusting according to your flight status. When we confirm your plane has landed at Cancun International Airport, our rep will be expecting you. He/She will have a board with your name on it. We know you have to go through immigration and customs and the times may vary, do not worry, we are used to waiting. When our rep has made contact with you at arrivals terminal, he will take you to your driver. The driver will take you directly to your accommodation. Our services are private. No waiting for other travelers. As soon as you board the vehicle, you will be on your way to your resort or condo. Customer service is available 24 hours for previously booked reservations by email or phone.
Departure Transfer: The driver will pick you up at the requested time. The driver will arrive at the lobby 5 -10 minutes before pick up time. If you wish to make any changes to the pick up times, we can do that if you notify us 12 hours in advance at the latest. Please be on time so that other transfer reservations are not affected. We have a 15-minute maximum waiting time past the requested pick up time.
