We have a federal authorization for the observation of sea turtles.
Itinerary
First we will find ourselves in our information module where we will test the equipment that we will use during our activity.
Before entering to start the activity, you will be given a brief explanation of the importance of the Akumal protected area and the areas where we can swim for the conservation of the area.
We will enter our tour from the beach. It is important to mention that Akumal Bay is a shallow area, so we will first reach the grassland area where we will find the Sea turtles, most of them are of the white or green turtle species, although sometimes we can also observe Hawksbill turtles. Likewise, we will visit part of the akumal coral reef where we can observe a variety of tropical fish and sometimes we will observe rays or barracudas.
In our service area you will have lockers, bathrooms and showers for your comfort.
If you wish, at the end of our activity you can stay on the beach to enjoy the day.
