If you only have short holiday in Siem Reap just try one day Angkor Wat with our local guide, one day is sufficient for you to do temple like Ta Prom or the Bayon which get slammed by 9 am. There are plenty of places to eat at the ruins and they are reasonably priced so you won't have to waste time going back to town. Ask your guide for a recommendation.
