The Singapore Cable Car is a world-famous tourist attraction, offering breathtaking vistas of the cityscape, lush landscapes, and picturesque waterfront spots. This cable car system connects Mount Faber to Sentosa Island, providing spectacular views of iconic landmarks like Marina Bay Sands and the Merlion. Cross over on Cable Car to Sentosa – State of Fun! On this tour, you have Free & Easy time but we have also added a Bus Tour round Sentosa Island – partially guided. Sightsee from the comfort of an air-condition coach as you make photo stops at Siloso Point with a view of the South China Seas from the Fort Siloso Skywalk and pop by the bustling Resorts World Sentosa where the famed Universal Studio theme park and Adventure Cove and Singapore’s first casino is located. At the eastern tip of the island, we view Sentosa Cove – the first and only oceanfront residence in Singapore and finally touch down at the Southern-most point of ASIA at Palawan Beach with the majestic view of the South China Sea. Many people have always associated Mt Faber with the Cable Car station, not knowing there is more to discover in this area including its steep history stretching back more than 200 years ago. From the trailhead, a quick climb via Marang Trail to the highest point along the Southern Ridges yields panoramic views of Singapore’s beautiful harbour and the southern islands on one side and on another side. Next, we continue hiking along the Southern Ridges to discover interesting native flora and built heritage, and enjoy refreshing views atop the highest pedestrian bridge and one of the most beautiful bridges in Singapore – Henderson Waves. We will also visit one of the last remaining mangrove wetlands in the south, nestled in one of Singapore’s four nature reserves – Labrador Nature Reserve. Amidst the myriad coastal flora and fauna, climb another ‘forgotten’ hill and immediately be immersed in the history of a 140+ year-old military fort, built to protect Singapore Harbour.
