Wagyu Beef & Sake Pairing Foodie Tour in Tokyo
The tour begins at Shimbashi Station, known as the site of Japan's first railroad running in 1872.
First, your local tour guide will take you to a casual bar run by Nara Prefecture, which is known as the "birthplace of sake". Here, enjoy a 30-minute all-you-can-drink sake tasting! The selection of more than 20 different types of sake, which changes daily, is truly varied, ranging from authentic sake made with "Bodai-moto," the yeast that originated in Shorakuji, the birthplace of clear sake, to dry, sweet, slightly sparkling, cloudy, and fruit sake.
On the second stop of the tour, your guide will take you to a teppanyaki restaurant in Ginza. You will be greeted by a skilled griller in front of a heated Teppan.

This new private session is run by volunteer sake experts, therefore offered at a very low price compared to other events. However, the sake offered for the tasting is carefully selected from all over Japan and is ALL INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
Sake is a traditional Japanese drink that has been registered as a UNESCO Heritage Site, but it is difficult to understand due to many technical terms such as "Junmai", "Nigorishu", and "Ginjo". Sake experts will give a presentation and tasting session at Tsukiji Outside Market, the heart of Tokyo, so that everyone can increase their knowledge of sake. You will have the opportunity to taste three different types of sake carefully selected from all over Japan, with detailed instructions on how to drink them and traditional Japanese dry snacks that are perfect for pairing with sake. This is a fun and casual event with experts! The meeting will last approximately 60 minutes!

Taste tsukudani (preserved seafood) in traditional and modern ways at Shinbashi Tamakiya, established in 1782. You can taste it while learning about its history. After learning about the shop’s history , sample its secret sauce and taste its signature tsukudani. Then, taste a small amount of rice with tsukudani and furikake seasonings, and try tsukudani with various ingredients such as pasta and nuts. You can pair it with wine and Japanese sake.

We select Sake for each meat meal but you can also try unselected one too!!
Full-course menu comes with Wagyu short rib, Loin and Rib Loin – Beef tongue, Skirt stakes – with some sides like Salad and Japanese Curry rice.
If you like to drink more, we can serve you more glasses and refill too!! You can also have Draft beer / Wine / Sour (Sprit based cocktail) etc. without any fee , you do not need to think of saving drinking!!
