A knowledgeable and entertaining guide will give you a hands-on tour where you will learn a little history of rum and get a behind-the-scenes look at how they ferment, distill, blend, age, and expertly bottle their handcrafted rums and ensure their products meet the highest quality standards. You will learn how to nose and taste rhum. You will be treated to over 20 samples of their 100 different flavored rhums, rum cake, and rum-infused Italian gelato, and cook and taste food prepared with Topper’s Rhum. As St. Maarten’s official rum, Topper’s has been named USA Today’s Best Caribbean Rum Distillery for four years and has won over thirty prestigious tasting medals. This remarkable full-day tour shows you the very best of Grenada in a day. See St. George's, the prettiest capital town in the Caribbean. Travel up the western coast and visit the picturesque Concord Waterfalls nestled in the lush mountains where you can be refreshed by swimming in the cool water. Visit the fishing town of Gouyave, then continue to the Diamond chocolate factory to taste and learn how chocolate is made. Opened in June 2013, the Cayman Spirits Company Distillery is Grand Cayman’s only distillery, and the only source of handcrafted spirits in the islands. Join us for a Distiller’s Tour and taste what the distillery has planned. On this tour is an opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at their unique approach. Inside the custom-built 5000 square foot facility you’ll see a 1200 gallon Vendome copper pot still, the 30 foot tall Gun Bay Vodka tower, and the original Christian Carl pot that the distillery uses to perfect the famous Seven Fathoms Rum- a product of the Cayman Islands. The tour concludes in the distillery’s tasting room, where you’ll sample fresh batches of Seven Fathoms Rum, Gun Bay Vodka, and Governor’s Reserve Rum. Plus, you can try their seasonal "Distiller's Special" – a rare creation only available at the Cayman Spirits Company Distillery. This excursion takes you to the south of our beautiful island. Our first stop will be at the Trois Rivières rum distillery where the guests will hear about our typical rum making process and get to taste. After the half hour rum tasting, we will make a short photo stop in the community of Le Marin. There the guests have a beautiful view on the south of the island and on the neighboring island of St. Lucia. We will then head to the Saline’s beach which is the most beautiful beach on the island with its postcard perfect more than one kilometer long white sand beach boarded by coconut trees.

Join the Distillery team Saturdays for a tour and tasting. They'll walk you through how they start with organic, local grain to produce their award winning Rye and Bourbon Whiskey, Gin, Rum and other spirits. Throughout the tour they'll regale you with the true tale of the Pittsburgh’s Whiskey Rebellion, one of the country’s quirkiest and most pivotal events. The tour includes an explanation of our distillation process, a history of the Whiskey Rebellion told through the eyes of their namesake Philip Wigle, and a seated tasting of straight spirits.
