The first wine you’ll taste is a white Frascati DOCG, which means the wine has its designation of origin guaranteed. The second is a red wine IGP, which has a protected geographical indication. And last but not least, taste a sweet Cannellino wine. Each wine is paired with a delicious Italian specialty, such as Roman pizza or olive oil, as well as in-season fruits and vegetables from the garden.

Along the Aricia valley we go up to the ancient old town where you can admire Palazzo Chigi and the Inn Hammers. Here in Ariccia we stop for a tasting of the famous Porchetta and a glass of wine. We continue towards Castel Gandolfo, a picturesque village with its Papal Palace and its large Gardens. We proceed towards Albano Station and comfortably return to Rome by train.
