We Tandem Paragliding from the most beautiful hills in the country with views over sea and lakes and the mountains . Flights from a few launch sites is possible with some over the sea and beach and others in the hills and mountains . The flight are amazing with bird like elation . We meet on the launch site and then complete some paperwork . We then fasten the clients into a harness that is connected to the Tandem Pilot. We inflate the wing and the passenger and Tandem pilot walk off into in the air . Once in the air the client sits in a chair and enjoys the scenery . The landing is a few steps and the flight is complete .

Tandem paragliding flights are mostly done from Lions Head or Signal Hill inside the beautiful Table Mountain National Park. Tandem paragliding flights generally last anything from 7 to 20 minutes, unfortunately the time spent in the air can not be guaranteed as we are totally reliant on the weather conditions on the day. Here at Fly Cape Town Paragliding we love to paraglide and your pilot will stay in the air with you for as long as possible. Our landing fields are either at the Camps Bay High school sports field in front of the Bungalow restaurant or at the Seapoint promenade in front of the Winchester Mansions. The landing area depends on the general wind direction on the day.
