Hello! we are Mexican Spirits Club, a group of friends who are passionate about spirits produced in Mexico since ancient times. We carry out our tastings and pairings in a small tequila club we have in the center of La Paz, where we usually meet once or twice a week to taste craft spirits from all over the country that you will not find anywhere else in the city. We do tastings with different pairings accompanied with spirits such as tequila, mezcal, damiana, Sotol, raicilla, etc from different states of Mexico such as Jalisco, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Chihuahua, Durango and Baja California Sur. In each tasting we talk and discuss the process of elaboration of the spirits, the history and the flavors of each one of them and how to collect the different flavors with the food of our country.

Don't just wonder the Gardens aimlessly without a guide. Our guide is a university trained Naturalist who previously worked at the Gardens. Our tour begins with a scenic 45 min bus ride from PV. The guide will then lead us through multitude of different gardens and hothouses up to 2 hours giving detailed explanations of what we encounter. Scientific explanations mixed with Mexican folklore. Then we take an hour break so you may dine at the award winning restaurant with scrumptious food and amazing views over the stunning river canyon. After lunch we will take a short guided nature walk (15 minute) down to the beautiful Horkenos River to relax and swim for approx. 1 hour. After we will have a final opportunity to visit the gift shop/nursery and visit a few areas of the garden while we make our way back to the parking. In PV will will have an optional free tequila tasting experience where you can taste up to 10 different tequila expressions including flavored dessert tequilas.

Our expert will walk you through small batches as we explore the finer differences. Scenic bus tour along the south coast and then water taxi to Yelapa. During the Winter months, we have a good chance of spotting whales as they made their way from Alaska to our bay during the Fall. In Yelapa, we will enjoy the peace and solitude of the sleepy carless village. visit the history museum in the very heart of the village and hike 10 minutes to the lovely waterfall. For lunch, we will choose a beachfront bar/cafe and relax for 1 to 3 hours on the beach before our return to PV. In PV we will taste up to 10 different Tequilas Including bloncos, Reposados, Anejos and flavored dessert Tequilas. Also Mezcal and Raicillas. Price does not include the 200-300 peso water taxi fee per person each way.

Enjoy an easy and amazing hike to Vallarta's most beautiful waterfall. Meet guide in Romantic Zone and bus for a very scenic 15 minute ride south while guide points out all the interesting points along the way. Disembark and immediately start the 30-40 min hike up along the small river to the most beautiful waterfall in the region. Spend at least an hour or more swimming in the refreshing water of the small lake below the waterfall or sit on large boulders delighting in the mist from the waterfall. Upon our descent downriver, the afternoon warmth encourages us to pause at additional inviting pools, rejuvenating our spirits and bodies alike. Back in the Romantic Zone we will visit a tequila co-op partner and have the opportunity to taste up to 10 expressions of tequila, raicilla, Mezcal, and flavored dessert tequilas.

In this easy and super fun walking adventure we will visit and discuss nearly all 35+ Puerto Vallarta Gay bars and clubs in the "Romantic Zone." We will visit inside most of them and enjoy beverages at several. In addition, we may spend time to dance and maybe even sing karaoke time permitting. Meet bartenders, managers, staff, regulars, and other tour attendees and by the end of the 3 hour bar tour you will have potential friends all over the Puerto Vallarta gay bar scene and know exactly which bars you will wish to revisit that suits your personality.
