Have fun while learning about local food and culture! This distinctive interactive dinner for adventurers is a full evening plan, that kicks off with a collaborative activity of a Malbec cocktail making at our communal table. Sitting at our shared table, you'll wear aprons and chef hats and mingle with fellow travelers while starting with the art of sealing traditional Argentine empanadas using various 'repulga' techniques – finished with a competition! The four-course menu commences, showcasing homemade local delicacies from across Argentina, of course with the bife de lomo (tenderloin), served with several sides, and appetizers. The tasting experience features beloved dishes such as empanadas, chorizo, matambre, grilled provoleta cheese, steak, and more, thoughtfully paired with three distinct wine selections. We end the evening by explaining the intricacies of Yerba Mate, a traditional hot tea beverage steeped in ritual, etiquette, and history, complemented by homemade alfajores.

Kitchen has always been the fulcrum of this home, where my family is living since more than 7 generations. I have always been fascinated by my grandmother's ability to prepare awesome dishes from Tuscan tradition, always with few, simple but precious ingredients. That cultural heritage was in danger of disappearing: I spent a lot of time cooking with her, trying to learn her recipes and secrets. In the end, I realized that she had given me a bigger gift: I had assimilated her cooking philosophy! Then, I realized that tradition is not a dusty book but a living thing able also to adapt to new conditions, and even improve. I studied ingredient's seasonality, their sustainable production systems, new cooking techniques, techniques of tasting: almost without realizing it, in the meantime, I became Chef and finally, also Sommelier. The tour begins at Shimbashi Station, known as the site of Japan's first railroad running in 1872. First, your local tour guide will take you to a casual bar run by Nara Prefecture, which is known as the "birthplace of sake". Here, enjoy a 30-minute all-you-can-drink sake tasting! The selection of more than 20 different types of sake, which changes daily, is truly varied, ranging from authentic sake made with "Bodai-moto," the yeast that originated in Shorakuji, the birthplace of clear sake, to dry, sweet, slightly sparkling, cloudy, and fruit sake. On the second stop of the tour, your guide will take you to a teppanyaki restaurant in Ginza. You will be greeted by a skilled griller in front of a heated Teppan. Enjoy the Wagyu and unlimited Sake pairing!! Start with Sparkling Sake and then we talk about sake and wagyu, while comparing a few Sakes by tasting. Then the meat will be served and enjoy them with paired Sake. (Of course we will show you how to enjoy Japanese BBQ!!). We select Sake for each meat meal but you can also try unselected one too!! Full-course menu comes with Wagyu short rib, Loin and Rib Loin – Beef tongue, Skirt stakes – with some sides like Salad and Japanese Curry rice. If you like to drink more, we can serve you more glasses and refill too!! You can also have Draft beer / Wine / Sour (Sprit based cocktail) etc. without any fee , you do not need to think of saving drinking!! Some Sakes are rarely seen outside Japan, so it wil be the activity that you can only experince when you are in Japan!!
