Florianopolis Walking Tour – History, Art and Gastronomy
Prepare yourselves to explore the history, the architecture and the culture of the capital of Santa Catarina with a local Historian!
As we walk, we'll talk about the indigenous groups that occupied the Island of Santa Catarina, and travel through the 17th century, a time marked by the arrival of Portuguese colonisers and African enslaved. We'll then make our way to some of the city's main attractions until we reach the Public Market, where we'll have a short break to try local snacks and drinks like 'pastel', 'garapa', 'caipirinha' or local beers. It is also the chance for you to buy local products and souvenirs and for us to get to know each other better.
After this short break, we'll explore important landmarks for the black and the artist communities in Florianopolis.
We'll finish the experience with a little surprise at Miramar Memorial. Before saying goodbye, I will give you suggestions of what to do after the tour and maybe even join you at one of the city's best bars.

Experience the beauty of the Elaphite Islands, snorkel in a magical Blue Cave and taste local gastronomy in our unique homemade lunch in Captain’s house.
After departure from Dubrovnik, first stop is Blue Cave. Snorkelling, swimming, jumping from the boat. As long as you want.
Next stop is island Lopud. Few hours of free time is enough for you to explore the island and visit the sandy beach “Sunj” and get yourself ready for the next stop and highlight of our trip.
Taste of local gastronomy in our homemade lunch served in Captain’s house on Island Sipan. Home made bread and home made olive oil. Following with the soup, main course that is grilled just in front of you and desert.
During the whole lunch, homemade wine is unlimited 🙂
On your way back captain will surprise you with one more swimming break!

of a horseback ride surrounded by nature, then from there we will go to the basilica of higuey where you can
get to know the church inside and out, see the virgin take photos and enjoy its beautiful panorama
and the beautiful palmas de ella verder, then we will visit the typical house where you will find a great variety
of products from the Dominican Republic, whether they are souvenirs, etc.,
We will also visit the Dominican market where they will know the origin of certain products and condiments, they will be able to see the cocoa from its plantation and taste the chocolate
used in the Dominican Republic you can also learn to prepare a mamajuana where with instructions you can make your own mamajuana
then we go to a restaurant totally surrounded by nature and a beautiful river in front to enjoy a delicious lunch

Aegean Gastronomy tasting
The nights of Aegean Gastronomy are held twice each week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The number of participants is limited each time, which gives our chef the advantage of preparing a special menu of seven courses almost as if it were private.
Our chef prepares fish based courses using local ingredients and fresh same-day catch, which are the basis of the menu.
Three glasses of Parian white wine varieties, Asyrtiko, Malagouzia, and Monemvasia, are accompanying the Nights of Aegean Gastronomy. The selection of each variety is meticulously made to match the course served.
