Beagle Channel Navigation with Minitrekking
We work with small groups of up to 25 passengers in a familiar and friendly environment with the company of professional Spanish and English speaking guides.
The excursions are carried out with the “KAMS and“ TELIENKA ”yachts, twin boats of 15 meters in length, which due to their dimensions allow a maximum approach to the islands allowing preferential sightings.
During our tour we visit Isla Alicia, Isla de Pájaros and Isla de Lobos, where we make very close sightings of the fauna of the Beagle Channel. We know the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse built in 1919, a true emblem of the City of Ushuaia. At the end, we disembark at Bridges Island to go through a path of interpretation of flora and birds, telling them the history of the Yámanas aborigines. Here are the largest anthropogenic Yámanas shells in the region.
It also has a panoramic point from where we can observe the magnificence of the Beagle Channel with the City of Ushuaia in the distance.
National Park and Train Trip End of the World Guided Tour
The excursion begins when we pick you up in our minibus with your driver and a professional tour guide, to go to Tierra del Fuego National Park.
On the End of the World Train, we are going to relive history in time and space.
We will travel the same path that many years ago the prisoners traveled.
Already in the Tierra del Fuego National Park, you will observe the most characteristic species of the Fuegian forests in a spectacular area of 63,000 hectares.
The first point to visit in the park is the End of Route 3, in Lapataia Bay, where we find the famous End of the World sign, which symbolizes the union of Ushuaia and Alaska. Here you will have the most iconic photo that everyone wants to have: The End of the World poster, the End of Route 3
The next stop is at Lake Roca, where we will contemplate a typical Patagonian postcard
To finish we will visit the Ensenada Zarategui where the last postal box of Correo Argentino is located.

Beagle Channel Sailing Tour: Birds, Seals & Penguins Islands
We begin the navigation with a panoramic view of the Ushuaia coast, spotting the most important buildings, the Maritime Museum, Museum of the End of the World, the industrial area, and the Olivia and Cinco Hermanos mountains. We sail to the southwest, approaching the island of Los Lobos, where we can enjoy the view of specimens of sea lions, observing their permanent habitat. Continuing the navigation, we will head towards the island of Los Pájaros, habitat of Magellanic Cormorants and Imperial Cormorants, and a privileged sector to see specimens of marine birds. We continue sailing towards Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, in the archipelago of the same name. On these islets it is possible to see parts of Monte Cervantes, a ship that sank in 1930. Arriving at Isla Martillo, we observe how the colony of Magellanic Penguins that nest during the summer season approach the boat with notable curiosity, enter the sea swimming below the catamaran and re-emerge.

Penguin colony in Ushuaia

We travel by bus route no3 and J. We will sail from Harberton Bay to Hammer Island. They can walk with penguins for 1 hour with a specialized guide who will inform you about the lives of these animals. Return to the city by bus.
* Full-Day (Walking with Penguins + Sailing) – Schedules to be confirmed subject to availability.
First part of the tour: Walk with Penguins
We will leave in a Bus traveling National Route N3 and Route J.
Then we will sail 15 minutes to Hammer Island, where we will walk 1 hour alongside the Magellanic penguins and Papuans. Return to the city by bus.
Second part of the tour: Navigation Beagle Channel
We will sail through the Beagle Channel, where we can observe the Fueguin fauna on Bird Island and the Isle of Wolves, as well as the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse.

Navigation in the Beagle Channel with minitrekking USHUAIA
We set sail from the local tourist pier crossing the wide Bay of Ushuaia until we reach the Beagle Channel through Paso Chico.
There we will sail around the Island of the Birds where we will be able to appreciate the Fuegian avifauna. We will observe: Skúas, Black-browed Albatross, Vapor Ducks, Cauquenes, Cook Gulls and Gray Gulls. Then, we will approach Isla de los Lobos where we will be able to observe sea lions with one and two hairs. Both islands belong to the Bridges archipelago.
Arriving at Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse (The Illuminators), we will be able to see the colonies of Imperial Cormorants and Rock Cormorants while listening to the story of the sinking of the SS Monte Cervantes that he starred in 1930.
We will make a descent in Puerto Karelo, belonging to the Bridges Islands, where you can visit genuine Yámana shell middens. This guided walk lasts approximately 20 minutes and concentrates us on a panoramic point where very good photographs can be taken.
