WE WILL PREPARE 3 TYPES OF FRESH PASTA such as RAVIOLI, TORTELLI and PAPPARDELLE, and at the same time the Chef will also prepare sauces to match such as butter and sage, arrabbiata and old-fashioned Tuscan ragù
You will not have to bring anything with you because all the equipment will be offered by us. In the end we will eat everything we have prepared.
During the experience we can drink good Tuscan wine or unlimited
Our cooking school is located inside a medieval tower from the 1200s, a stone's throw from Brunelleschi's Dome. Where you will breathe the air and life of Dante Alighieri, father of the Italian language because the tower where we will cook belonged to his wife's family.
Amalfi Coast: Prepare fresh pasta, mozzarella and tiramisu
You will be welcomed in an authentic farmhouse, overlooking the upper part of the Amalfi Coast. This farm has a breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast. This farm has been cared for for centuries by one of the oldest dynasties of the village, the Acampora family. This farm has also been a place of inspiration for the famous poet Salvatore Di Giacomo, who while staying in this heavenly place wrote the famous Neapolitan poem "Luna d'Agerola". During the experience the chef will teach you how to prepare a Tiramisu from scratch, using the famous Nonna Maria's recipe! After preparing the Tiramisu, you will relax while tasting our homemade wine. After that, we will prepare the fantastic mozzarella, coming from our cow's milk, raised and cared for on the farm. Afterwards, we will prepare some delicious noodles, having fun together. Finally, you will taste all the organic products, and you will savor the true taste of Italian food!If you have food restrictions, you must advise at the time of booking.
