Get to know one of the most active volcanoes in Costa Rica, the Poás Volcano with 2,708 m high, which is located just a few minutes from the city of San José, where we pick you up directly where you can find lodged to take you to see the Great Colossus On the way to the Volcano you will be able to delight in the beautiful views of the Milk, Strawberry and ornamental plants farms as well as the large coffee plantations which stand out for the large amount observed on the way, once we arrive at the Volcano. We will take you to enjoy a delicious typical Lunch which is included in the tour. Once we are satisfied we will go to La Peace Waterfalls where you will be amazed with the immense this waterfall that this area gives us. You can not loose of visiting the Coffee Farm and learning everything about one of the best coffee in the world.

We will pick you up at the lodging of your hotel to take you at one of the most famous volcanoes at Costa Rica, It has erupted 40 times since 1828, including April 2017 when visitors and residents were evacuated. The volcano and surrounding park were closed for nearly 17 months, with a 2.5 kilometer safety perimeter established around the erupting crater. As of September 1, 2018 the park has reopened with limited access only to the crater observation area. After we will have a delicious typical lunch at the zone. Then we will visit one of the most beautiful waterfall in Costa Rica, La Paz waterfall. And to make it this tour very interesting we will visit the unique Coffee farm in the world

Poas Volcano is active and has one of the largest craters in the world. Know this colossus without traveling great distances. Not only does it have one of the largest craters in the world, but it is located in the mountainous forests of the Central Volcanic Mountain Range, so it boasts magnificent natural landscapes: this is the Poás Volcano National Park.

The price is per reservation and includes from 1 to 4 passengers. We choose to go off the beaten path to offer something new and exciting. There is nothing written in stone for this tour and others, this is the fun part of this service. The service includes a personal driver on 4WD car who will pick you and show you accordingly to the point of interest you want to go.
