Prepare yourselves to explore the history, the architecture and the culture of the capital of Santa Catarina with a local Historian! As we walk, we'll talk about the indigenous groups that occupied the Island of Santa Catarina, and travel through the 17th century, a time marked by the arrival of Portuguese colonisers and African enslaved. We'll then make our way to some of the city's main attractions until we reach the Public Market, where we'll have a short break to try local snacks and drinks like 'pastel', 'garapa', 'caipirinha' or local beers. It is also the chance for you to buy local products and souvenirs and for us to get to know each other better. After this short break, we'll explore important landmarks for the black and the artist communities in Florianopolis. We'll finish the experience with a little surprise at Miramar Memorial. Before saying goodbye, I will give you suggestions of what to do after the tour and maybe even join you at one of the city's best bars.

Come explore the fascinating history and delectable tastes of Spain's most cherished culinary delights – Iberian sausages and local cheeses, all paired with great wine! Our knowledgable host will take you to two locations, beginning with an abacería where locals often go for pre-meal snacks. Here you will indulge in 3 different sausages, 3 cheeses, and a glass of sherry wine. As you enjoy your food and drink, you will be guided through the entire process of crafting the finest Iberian meats, with a special emphasis on the locally-made sausages. While indulging in these flavors, you’ll come to appreciate the expertise and attention to detail that goes into each stage of the process – from raising the pigs, to their carefully-crafted diet, to the curing of the meats. To cap off your tasting experience, you will be taken to an authentic tapas bar where you’ll be treated to a drink and a selection of traditional tapas that showcase some more of Spain’s delicious Iberian porks.

Then, we can admire a sublime viewpoint of the Palatine Hill and the Circus Maximus, the biggest roman stadium ever made. Pedal up to the top of the Aventine hill where you will see one of the most striking panoramas of the city in the Orange Garden, a quiet and romantic park with a surprise to discover!!! Your guide will bring you through the streets of the typical neighborhoods of Rome, like Trastevere, to let you taste 3 different roman specialities. Hacienda Cacaoymango belongs to a family of farmers with a great passion for the countryside and its surroundings, as well as for making chocolate and gastronomy with the products that grow on their land. Let's prepare together a delicious chocolate from the tree to the bar, in Alberto's chocolate workshop. Together with us you will taste a delicious typical and elegant three-course lunch prepared by chef Jamil. On our tour, we will find coffee plants, vanilla, rice, around 50 tropical fruits, which you can taste and learn the processes of each one.

The nights of Aegean Gastronomy are held twice each week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The number of participants is limited each time, which gives our chef the advantage of preparing a special menu of seven courses almost as if it were private. Our chef prepares fish based courses using local ingredients and fresh same-day catch, which are the basis of the menu. Three glasses of Parian white wine varieties, Asyrtiko, Malagouzia, and Monemvasia, are accompanying the Nights of Aegean Gastronomy. The selection of each variety is meticulously made to match the course served.

This gastronomy tour takes place in Huaraz surrounding areas in local peoples home as to prepare this dish you need a big and open area for fire. It's organized mostly in the families's countryside properties instead of restaurants, in this way we also cooperate with communities economic incomes from tourism.
