We will start by visiting two of the best specialty coffee shops in the most hipster neighborhood of the city, Chapinero. Here you will taste specialty coffees grown in different Colombian regions, discovering why Colombian coffee is so awarded worldwide. Then, we will walk through Quinta Camacho, an English style neighborhood, where we’ll reach an artisanal chocolate factory. Here you'll enjoy a delicious chocolate tasting, tasting chocolates made with cacao from different Colombian regions. Learn about this two great export products and take Colombia’s flavor with you.


Colombian Chocolate Workshop Experience


Embark on a sensory tour through the different flavors of chocolate in Colombia! We will sample chocolates from 5 different regions with differing percentages of cocoa. We will learn all about the chocolate production process, as well as the different tropical fruits that the Colombian cocoa is paired with. Each person will choose their favorite cocoas that they sampled and then we will learn how to make our own chocolate truffle creations out of them! Afterwards everyone will get to take home their own handmade chocolates in a small gift box. Finally we will indulge in a pastry and hot chocolate treat to wrap up our tour. You will have a choice between a traditional almojábana, carimañola, pandebono, puff pastry, empanadas, mantecada, or an arepa made of: corn, anise, cheese, boyacense, or santandereana. We are the first surf school in the city of Cartagena and we are the training school for the Bolivar Surf League, we have the endorsement of the COLOMBIAN SURF FEDERATION. We currently receive recognition as the BEST SPORTS CLUB AND BEST SCHOOL IN COLOMBIA by the COLOMBIAN SURF FEDERATION. Our instructors are high-performance athletes and belong to the Colombian surf team and have participated in different championships surfing incredible waves in various parts of the world. In our team we have some of the coaches of the Colombian children's and senior surf team. You will be in the best hands to learn the right way with the right technique. We love being able to transmit our love for surfing and respect for the sea to the people who book this experience with us! We will begin our trip learning about the history of coffee and its birth in Colombia, studying the entire process from the plant to the final drink. We will prepare for the tasting through sensory activation with the help of our Le Nez du Café, our basic flavored waters, different fruits and drinks with different textures. Finally, we will try different Colombian specialty coffee profiles and you will be able to consciously choose your favorite.

You will delighted by delicious food having the hole historical background of each plate. Come and learn with us about the breakfast culture in Colombia while you are filling your belly! All the restaurants chosen by us are a mix of local, traditional, family atmosphere and authenticity. The tour is located in the Center of Bogotá, all the spots are in a walking distance, no more than 10 minutes between them.
