Cliff Walk

We depart Galway at 10:00 and begin your tour by exploring the Burren region. The first stop is Dunguaire Castle and Kinvara, where we take approximately 15 minutes to view the outside of the castle. Continuing on to Poulnabrone Dolmen, one of the most ancient religious sites in Ireland at 5800 years old, we make another short stop of approximately 10-15 minutes. We then stop in the quaint fishing village of Doolin to enjoy some lunch for around 45-50 minutes (lunch is NOT included in the ticket cost). After that, we arrive at the Cliffs of Moher where we have a stop of 2 hours of free time. This is the highlight of the day with ample time to walk the cliff edge and enjoy one of the most incredible natural sites in the world! Once finished, we return to Galway via the Coast Road with spectacular views over the Aran Islands and Galway Bay, returning to Galway city centre at 18:15.

Coasteering is an exciting adventure activity involving cliff jumping along the coastline near Lagos and Sagres. It's like Canyoning, but on the coast. Get your adrenaline fix with lots of Cliff Jumping between 1 – 10 meters (30ft.) high! You'll be Swimming in the ocean and really feel like you're connected to it. Swimming and walking through caves and secret passages where the water is clear with turquoise and emerald lights. Basic Climbing and scrambling is needed to access the jumps and remote places that only Coasteering can offer. We'll walk over the high cliff tops overlooking the Atlantic blue waters and stunning views. You'll also discover rock pools' abundant marine life. It is a migratory bird with a wingspan of about half a meter, which overwinters in tropical Africa and reaches our territory at the end of spring, to nest along the sandy walls. After reaching a shady pine forest on the sea, fascinating spontaneous orchids will sprout, these deceptive plants that with their strange shapes and colors always manage to attract, in addition to insects, nature and photography enthusiasts. The route will end in Torre Olivieri, a lookout tower located on the coast, in the Lama Paterna, an erosive furrow typical of the Apulian landscape, which conveys the meteoric waters from the karst plateau of the Murge towards the Adriatic Sea.
