Experience two of Ireland's top natural attractions—the Aran Islands (Inisheer) and the Cliffs of Moher—in one day on this tour from Galway. We will take you by boat from Doolin to Inis Oirr(Inisheer) where you can spend 2 hours at your leisure exploring the island. On the return sailing from the island we will detour underneath the breathtaking Cliffs of Moher – subject to weather conditions. We will then enjoy the Cliffs of Moher from the top by visiting the Cliffs of Moher Visitor Experience Centre
Galway to Aran Islands Inisheer, Doolin, Cliffs of Moher Day Tour
Departing Galway at 9 AM sharp, we will guide you south along the Wild Atlantic Way and Burren region, heading to the picturesque fishing village of Doolin where you’ll board the express ferry to Inisheer, the smallest Aran Island.
Inisheer is only a short sailing distance from Doolin and attractions include an ancient castle, a sunken church, one of Ireland’s most beautiful beaches, a shipwreck and several pubs, restaurants and cafes. Hire a pony and trap or a bike just off the pier (for additional cost) or enjoy a peaceful stroll through the boreens.
After this visit, you will cruise alongside the foot of the Cliffs of Moher. This is a unique view of the Cliffs not often seen. We then have a traditional Irish pub meal. After, we spend 1 hour at the top of the Cliffs. Take a stroll along the cliff edge and consider how tiny everything looks from above.
Once we depart the Cliffs we will take the coast road home, following the Wild Atlantic Way, arriving in Galway at approx. 19:30

We offer regular services from Rossaveal on the coast of Connemara to Kilronan, the main village on Inishmore via four services a day during peak season evenly spaced between 9am and 6pm. The crossing takes about 40 minutes. On your arrival explore this beautiful traditional island offering a range of activities, eateries and shops. You may choose to explore the island further by traditional horse and cart, or mini-bus guides are available on arrival.
A regular coach service links Galway City to Rossaveal which is located about 50km (one-hour drive) the city.
